An antihero is a person who does bad things for good reasons. For example, Robin Hood is a character who robs the wealthy to give to the poor. One may consider him an immoral person for stealing; however, others may see him as a good person because he is also helping the poor. With many antiheroes, there is no clear distinction between moral and immoral, because they are not completely good or completely evil. Although antiheroes perform immoral acts that could possibly classify them as a villain, their intentions are good. Their good intentions make them heroes, while their faults make them human.

I agree that antiheroes are not necessarily bad, they just do bad things for honorable causes. I also like the idea when you say that their intention make them heroes, while their faults make them human. I also like your example of Robin Hood, he depicts a great example because he stole from the weathy, yet used the riches for the poor. So he did a bad thing for a good cause.

I agree that an anti-hero, such as Robin Hood, may do things that seem bad on the outside, or at first glance, but with deeper thinking these acts are really honorable. I also am very interested with the "different shades of gray" direction this post went, since that is what a good anti-hero portrays.

I agree with your choosing of an anti-hero. Also, i especially like how you explain that an anti-hero's qualities prove them to be human. Becuase it makes a good argument for why an anti-hero does what he/she does.
